Refund policy

Returns Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@dukhni.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that once your return is accepted it will need to be sent to the following address: Aromatan Brands Pvt Ltd. D20. Turbhe MIDC. Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705. India.

Please note:

1) Orders cannot be cancelled after items have been delivered or dispatched.

2) The shipping address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched.

3) We do not accept any returns of opened packages, discounted items or any items bought on sale or during the sale period.

We do not accept any returns and do not issue refunds once orders are opened or used. If there is an issue with your order, we will try our level best to fix it - and are committed to a good experience for all our customers. 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@dukhni.com 

Non-returnable items:
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges - however if you have a particular issue, please email us & we will try our best to accommodate your request.
